My ring cam battery is no longer connecting to device only 2 months old

Question

I have 2 2month old ring outdoor battery cams. 1 went offline 2 days ago. Tried to put the battery on charge and the red charging light is not coming on. The red light appears on the other battery.  I have swapped batteries between the 2 and the issue is definitely with 1 of the batteries.
