Hi 3rd gen stick up outside camera missing events like postman not recorded friend dropped a parcel not recorded yet someone walks past the drive records then a car drives past records not thinking of keeping this type of camera as 5 days need to subscribe

I am having the same trouble too. I'm fed up of these cameras missing events

My experience with RING is that the platform will miss between 10%-15% of the events, this is a known issue that they try to avoid, Tech support will send you on wild goose chases toggling settings moving the camera etc, why do we (the consumer) is burdened with making magic happen when the product should work right out of the BOX? earlier this week I removed the camera and sent it back, too tired after 60 days of nonsense tech support.
