Low battery on stick up camera

Am having issue with my stick up camera that works on battery. it is same error that others are receiving on their wired cameras. i have done the normal steps of removing and setting up the camera again. i've uninstalled the app as well. I believe the issue is with the app itself. If i login on the website the camera works fine so it's got to be the app!
