Does anyone know if there is any possible way to recover lost footage??!! I am new to using Ring camera’s and I was under the impression that the camera’s were set at a default setting of 180 days to keep the footage but they were actually set at 30 days!!! I really need this footage. I have seen softwares online that claim to be able to recover the footage but there has to be another way. Please help.
