Lost all ring recordings

Hi all, I have a 8 ring cameras around my property which all seem to be working correctly, I also pay for the home plan which includes up to 180 days video storage for all my devices. I have recently noticed that all my recordings from before March 2025 have disappeared, this is even the case when I log on to ring.com online. App up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked my plan to confirm it is still active and still nothing. Would anyone have any ideas / solutions to this?

    Snapshots and video is set to a default 30 days. If you want to increase this to 180 days, you have to do it in the app on your phone. In the Ring App, go to the Hamburger Menu top left. Choose Control Centre. Video and Snapshot Storage, then Video and Snapshot Storage Time..... then "Edit All". You may need to select "Show All" (Again, showing how far Ring will go to try to hide the 180 day option from its ripped off customers). Choose 180 days for Event Storage Time and 14 days for Snapshot Storage.
