I paid for a plan on 25/1/24 and it’s now saying it’s inactive !!!
Plan coming up as inactive Hi I have a yearly subscription plan for my five cameras and it’s coming up that my plan is inactive and not recording when motion is detected. It has been like this since yesterday and I want to get to sorted as I am paying for a service that I am not receiving!
