Floodlight cam wired pro not going into setup mode

The floodlight cam will not go into setup mode. When power is turned on the floodlight flashes once and goes off again and then flashing again approx 2 minutes later. The signal flash happens every 2 minutes or so. Please help. Only just bought and fitted. Managed to connect then it updated and won’t connect now

If your Floodlight Cam is no longer entering set-up mode, try the following steps: - Reboot your Camera by pressing and holding the set-up button for 20–25 seconds. - Power cycle your Camera by powering it down for a few minutes and then powering it back on. - Double check your [installation](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059068632-Installing-Your-Ring-Floodlight-Cam-Wired-Pro-) to make sure it was done correctly.
