Floodlight Cam pro repeatedly going Offline

My Floodlight Cam Pro security camera keeps going offline, sometimes for short periods, or it can be for most of the day. It is hardwired, and there is definitely power going to it as I have checked with a volt stick. It also has a secure wifi connection as the router is right next to it and hasn't been disconecting from the internet. When it eventually comes back on, sometimes I can see what's been recorded by scrolling back, but with no blue motion indications, and sometimes it will just skip between the times it was last recording. How can this issue be resolved? Thank you.
