Connection to home wi fi

Ive just installed a Ring Floodlight Cams but it wont see my home wi fi at all. And nor any other local wifi signal.The home wi fi is super strong connection by the device just wont see it.I can get it to connect to the chime pro but nothing on the WiFi. I do have other ring devices connected.Any suggestions?
