Camera poor connection

I have a stick up indoor camera, which is located in the same room as my router, it is constantly showing “Poor Connection”. As a test I moved it right next to the router and it then showed weak signal . All WiFi checks have been done and I’m using the latest Sky Max router. Have I got a duff camera?Paul

Hi @user_039fe1. Is there anything around the router, like TVs or anything else, that could cause signal interference? Is the router in a cabinet or is it out in the open?
