You typed: 'Just purchased a ring spot light cam plus when I go to add device ring app is saying cannot connect to ring WiFi 7f. But when I manually connect WiFi the name is 5e it won’t connect or find.

Hi @user_e2ad8a. This is the temporary setup network, which your Ring Spotlight Cam should be broadcasting during setup mode. Try resetting the Spotlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, try walking through the setup process again.
