Hi @jc723. The lights on your Floodlight Cam should come on with motion detection when it is dark enough outside. If the lights are blinking or not turning on and off correctly, first try [rebooting](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-) your Floodlight Cam in the Ring app. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance with your Floodlight Cam.
