Battery spot light cam offline and can’t connect to wifi network

Hi, This morning I woke up to the spot light cam being offline. I have tried to reconnect to my wifi network but it can’t find any networks and can’t connect. I have reset my wifi network and all other devices connect. Is there any issue as I have never had this problem before? Thanks

Hi there, @SkyblueAds! Your Camera should be able to connect back to the network either automatically, or via the steps in this [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). As it is a battery powered device, please ensure the battery is fully charged. During the setup mode, your Spotlight Camera setup mode lights should show to indicate it is ready to reconnect. As long as this is occurring the reconnect process should work as intended. If possible, try using another mobile device to reconnect this Spotlight Camera. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)
