Low battery, recharged, still low, new battery, recharged, still saying 20%. Won't connect. No issues before this. Less than a year old! Any suggestions?

Hi @user51862. The battery percentage in your Ring app will not update for your Camera until it is back online. If your Camera is not reconnecting to your WiFi, try the following steps: - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. - Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then try [reconnecting it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
