Australia Mother's Day Sales Price already GONE on online shop before Offers Ends

As title I already called the support phone number and talked to one of the team member, and she said she can't help with this. And she said the reason why the sale price is gone now is because the product I were planning to purchase is out of stock. But come on, this does not make any sense, all other products are also went to go original prices. Your Google Ads said clearly the Offers Ends by 11:50PM AEDT, it should not be end yet as of the time I'm posting this now.
