I have the Spotlight Cam Pro Wired and I’m interested in upgrading to the Premium Plan to allow 34/7 recording. However, when I login and follow the links to check which devices are eligible, it doesn’t list my Spotlight Cam Pro. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!
