Ring Protect payment
troubleshooting
I have been charged for the Ring Protect payment on my credit card. I didn't give any payment details for this.The 30 days free access to videos etc has now stopped. But when I look at Ring Protect on the Ring app it says I have subscribed, my cc says otherwise.I have uninstall the app, reinstalled but still showing as no plan in place.Help!!! I'm not paying for something I can't access.

Hi @user_6de03f. I'd recommend logging into your Ring account on Ring.com. From there, you can check that the correct payment method is listed, as well as check which plan you currently have.
