Transfer Protect Plan to new device
I replaced a Ring doorbell that had an active Protect Plan. Is there a way to transfer the remaining months of the plan to my new device or should I cancel the plan, get a pro-rated refund, and add a new plan (all after the trial plan expires)?

When will I see a pro-rated Refund? I had 8 months left on a device that I no longer can use outdoors on my door due to the mounting on the camera became defective. I bought a new one and you say I can't transfer it. So I canceled the plan on my broken Ring, and I didn't see ANY mention of a pro-rated refund. Please advise

Hi @Pete66. You cannot transfer Plans. You will need to do the second option you mentioned.
