Am I right in thinking that the support chat is not real-time and only a bot? I posted the following question but it hasn't been acknowledged: Have just subscribed to a Home Standard plan which us due to start on 19 May. I currently have a Home Basic plan due to renew 26 July, should I have actually upgraded the Basic plan (I subscribed from an email)? Wil I automatically be credited for the balance of my current plan (from 19 May to 26 July) or have I totally messed up?

Hi @user_098a48. Upgrading from the Basic to the Standard plan would have canceled your Basic plan for you. However, you can still cancel the Basic plan and receive a prorated refund for any unused time remaining.
