Ring Protect Basic subscription Question
My Ring Protect Basic subscription expires on Oct 27th. I'd like to make sure that the plan DOES NOT automatically renew by canceling my plan. However, if I try to cancel my plan it acts like the service will terminate immediately rather than when it should expire, which would be Oct 27th.Is there no way to stop the auto renew at this point without stealing the last month of my service when I do it?
