Ring 24/7
I have a Ring Floodlight Plus Cam that had 24/7 recording as a trial feature. It has now reverted to motion detection, but the option for 24/7 recording is still available, albeit locked behind the premium plan. However, no matter what I do, I cannot upgrade to the premium plan to unlock the feature.

I already had access to it through my floodlight cam for 3 weeks until two days ago, and it shows me within the app that it's there for my camera, just locked behind the premium subscription, which I can't upgrade to, so something isn't adding up.

Hi @user_47755e. 24/7 Recording has officially been released, and the Floodlight Cam Plus is not supported. You will not be able to use this feature even if you upgrade your plan.
