Please help

I love ring. I bought my camera few months back and the battery is having issues it won’t hold a charge I have tried reaching out to support and all they keep doing is giving me the run around and asking if I want to buy a new battery.. like no I would like a replacement camera I have been a ring supporter for almost 2 years and I have spent alot of money upgrading EVERYTIME a new item comes out… totally disappointed in the way customer support was treating me
