    Hi @user_78d18e. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available, and turn off any VPNs on your phone. The Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN. If you're still unable to complete the sign-up process for Assisted Monitoring, please reach out to our support team.
