New plan?

Hi everyone, I paid for a yearly plan in Aug 2024 to cover my wired in doorbell and camera. I have had to get a new wireless doorbell since so have unsubscribed the old one from my plan. But now my Ring app is saying I need to cancel the plan as I have no products subsribed to it anymore - all I want to do is add the new doorbell to the existing plan but is this not possible? It's not giving me the option to do this. If I cancel the yearly plan I have mid way through will I get any money back? Help appreciated! Thanks

Hi @user_ffaf8e. Yes, if you cancel your Home Plan, you will be refunded a prorated amount of what you have not used of it.
