New home help please
hardwired-video-doorbell
We moved into a home that already had a ring doorbell. I bought the whole security system from Amazon with alexia. Can I use the existing ring doorbell, or do I have to switch it out to the new one. That seems like a pain to me

@shari610 Is the one you bought better than the one that's there. If so then yes swap it out. If not then you would need to confirm the one that's there has been deleted from the previous owners account or you won't be able to use it. To be honest if you have a new one you are as well using it.
