Moving - Not taking ring alarm devices - keep my protect plus plan?

In the home I sold - I currently have Ring doorbell, flood lights and alarm with monitoring. I sold my home with the ring system. I understand new home owner will need to subscribe to ring protect plan for monitoring. I plan on installing Ring Alarm kit to the place I am moving to. My question is - Can I keep the protect plus plan I have and take it with me to the new place?

Hi @harry_kris. The Ring Protect Plus plan is specific to a Location and it cannot be transferred to another home. You would need to cancel the Ring Protect Plan at your current location and once you've moved into your new home, setup a new Ring Protect Plan.
