Missing time from indoor cameras
Hi, I am looking for some help. I pay £15.99 per month which includes 24/7 recording on cameras that are plugged in. Please can anyone advise why there is time missing from these cameras and it doesn’t detect motion even if someone is in clear camera view during the missing time. This is not someone deleting recordings or anything like that as no one but me has access. I would like to know why the 24/7 recording isn’t fully picking things up. I bought these cameras and this subscription to keep an eye on a cat and dog (both very large) yet it is not always picking them up even when they are in clear view of the camera. I have now also had someone steal something from my house, and it’s skipped the part where they take it so I have no proof, another reason why I set these cameras up and pay £15.99 per month in the first place. Please can anyone advise why it might be skipping time? I thought the 15.99 a month was for 24/7 recording. Thanks in advance
