Incorrect Ring subscription
I have 1 device on my account with a Home Basic plan, which renewed on the 5th July 2024, and was set to not renew as I want to transfer ownership to someone else at that time. I bought a second device recently and added it to my account, and today went to buy a new Home Basic plan for it. I thought everything went fine, but for some reason both of my devices got a renewed Home Basic plan started from today. I did not receive a refund for the remaining 1.5 months on my original devices plan. I cancelled the new plan for the original device, but it's remaining 1.5 months of Home Basic did not get re-instated. What do I do?
