Stick up cam battery won’t power up

Question

Approx 3 weeks ago my stick up camera battery stopped working. I’ve tried 3 different batteries but it still won’t work. Any tips?

By any chance do you have a solar panel plugged into it?

Hey @Pearsey87. Do you see any lights on the Stick Up Cam after inserting the fully charged battery? When you charge the battery, you'll know it's fully charged when only the green LED is lit. I would also suggest trying a reset on the Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that's done, you can walk through a new setup by navigating to the Device Health page and selecting the Reconnect to WiFi option.
