Have Sky and Ring doorbell which works, but will not allow me to add Chime Pro or Outdoor camera

I have Sky Broadband Superfast 80 and a Ring doorbell. Although the router is quite a way from the doorbell, it works with live video, notifications and everything. Poor WiFi coverage but it works. I also have an Alexa which also is on the WiFi, works and notifies as they do. However I have come to add a Ring Outdoor camera for the rear of my property with a Ring Chime Pro and both cannot find my WiFi or connect through the Ring app. I have turned off the Sky router to reboot, all working perfectly with phones and Sky Glass. But trying to set up Ring Chime and Camera is just going in circles and the app will not find the WiFi network even though the front door video doorbell is on it and working

    Hi @user81814. I would first work on getting the Chime Pro to connect to your wifi. Have you tried bringing the Chime Pro into the same room as your router to try a setup? Also, if possible, try completing the setup using a different phone or tablet.
