Download video recording
Can anyone advise if it is possible to download the video recording and if so how? I need to send the video to the postal company due to a missing parcel. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I have an active account. Finally figured out how to download the video. The files are named with UTC timestamp though, for example, Ring_20240625_2045_5135e921-8447-4c7e-a37f-0f934fd69b34.mp4 is actually for 20240626_0845. Is there anyway to let it named in the timezone of the location instead of UTC?

Hi @edwinuy. An active Ring Protect subscription is required for access to video recording. With an active plan, you can download videos from the Event History by following the steps listed here. Let me know if you have any other questions.
