Hi, I've just changed from trial to paid plan for spotlight cameras but all my devices are now offline. Is this technical issue?

    If the cams are still in your app but showing as offline, and you cannot Liveview, I would try power cycling the cams. Power off/on, battery out/in. They should reconnect to your home WiFi.

      Hi @user_849c9f. The previous commenter's suggestion to power cycle your devices is a good step to take first. I'd also recommend force closing the Ring app and reopening it, to ensure you're seeing accurate status information on your devices. If your cameras do not automatically connect to wifi after the power cycle, try walking through a new setup using the steps under Set Up a Device.
