Change in Doorbell

I would like to change the doorbell on my basic subscription. I have an annual subscription for one doorbell but I will not be using it anymore. How can I transfer the same subscription to a new doorbell I recently purchased?

    I have exactly the same requirement. My old Ring doorbell has a plan with more than 6 months left. I don't want to cancel and lose 6 month's of subscription but I do want to swap out my device so that my new Ring Doorbell takes over the existing Basic plan.

      Hi @user_178f38. For this, you'll need to cancel your subscription and get a new Home Plan for your New device. Once cancelled, you'll receive a pro-rated refund based on the amount on time used.
