troubleshooting
I’ve been paying for the home basic plan since having my doorbell installed. It states my plan allows me to view previous history of 180 days but I am unable to do this. I have adjusted all filters but I am unable to view past the last 30days, this is something I am currently in need of. I have tried using the bot to help, it just suggests upgrading my plan which I do not need to do, how am I to get hold of older footage and download/save videos?

Hi @user_89694d. I recommend checking your Video Storage Time settings to make sure it is set to how many days you want your videos stored. Unfortunately, this will not bring back past videos if it was not already set to 180 days.
