Help. I have three Ring products on my Ring app, but not in my Ring account. How do I add these devices here, so I can buy a subscription?

Hi @user25303. If you do not see your Ring devices on [Ring.com](http://ring.com/) to subscribe to a Protect Plan, try the following steps: * Verify that you are logging into the same Ring account you have on your Ring app. * Verify that you are in the correct location where your Ring devices are on [Ring.com](http://ring.com/). You might have set up more than one location by accident with the same address. * As Shared Users cannot subscribe to a Protect Plan, ensure you are set up as the owner of the Ring devices. We also have this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan) that shows you how to subscribe to a Protect Plan. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
