Adding a second device to Ring subscription

I currently have a ring doorbell and have paid £49.99 for annual Ring basic cover back in May. I now have a second camera device that I want to add to the cover but I can't find the correct way to do it. I'm assuming somewhere you get a refund for the pro rata of the £49.99 or just have to pay the £30 difference until May.Does anyone know how to handle this?

Hi @user_11f732. I was able to find this Community post where another neighbor asked a similar question. The question was answered there.

I have had the same thing but was charged the full £80.00 instead of the difference as the 2022 post implies. Did you find any resolution to this please? I genuinely can't believe that Ring don't have an online customer service facility 🤬

Not knowing the answer to this query is preventing me from upgrading my cover to include my new camera. If there’s a risk of not getting a pro-rated refund, I’d prefer to wait for my existing cover to expire and then take out the £80 cover.Like someone else said, it’s disgraceful that Ring don’t have an online customer service to provide an answer to this situation - relying on the Community instead is at best a dereliction of responsibility (and at worst a hard-nosed ‘don’t care about our customers’ attitude)
