Scam email?
I have received an email requesting me to verify my bank details. Suspect it may be a scam. Can you verify?

That looks like a scam to me.I know Ring have already said its genuine but personally I would never click on a link contained within an email or text message.Ring are so behind here. They really need to update their methods to something a little less year 2000!

THi @user63814. It's good practice to always check the email address that sent the email. This will let you know if it's a scam or not. Additionally, if you're not comfortable clicking the links, you can just manually navigate to Ring.com to perform the requested actions. As always, you can always check with a support team member to verify the authenticity.

Hi @user_62d42f. This email means you need to log into Ring.com and manage your payment information. You may have an expired card, or it may just need to be reentered.
