Ring Direct Debit to be changed

Question

Hi, I need to change my direct debit date for my Ring subscription, I’m guessing I’ll have to call them tomorrow to do this. But if anyone knows how I can change this on the website, please let me know. I couldn’t find a section to change the date, only the payment method. Thanks

Hi @user_1a9e33. You will not be able to accomplish this online. You would need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe on the same day you are wanting to change the billing date too. Furthermore, you will receive a prorated refund for what you have not used of your canceled plan.
