No motion sound after adding solar panel

I have had my doorbell for 5 months with no problems. Got a solar panel which we put on yesterday & since it's been on there is no motion sound outside or inside on my charm. I get the notifications on my phone but the motion sounds on doorbell & charm have disappeared. Tried everything, checked settings & even rebooted both & it's still the same. Any ideas please?
