List View Event Count Gone

I used to have the event count red bubble feature in my list view on each individual camera but it’s recently disappeared. This seems to have happened shortly after an update. Customer support said to reinstall the App but that did nothing and now I need to scroll through my timeline to see all events manually. Can’t seem to figure this out.
