Shared user not coming up on iPhone

I have an Android phone and my son an iPhone 14 (iOS 16.2). He has shared his cameras with me, no problem. I have tried to share my cameras with him. He receives the invite email. He can click on the link and it takes him to the app for shared devices but nothing is added. Chatted briefly with support. Gave them access to both of our accounts and no change. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Normandg55. It would be best to start with a clean slate. Delete all Shared User invitations and have your son delete all Shared User emails. Once that is complete, follow the steps listed in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles). Try not to send multiple invitations, as this can be problematic. I hope this is helpful.
