Save Failed

Hi there - I was just given access to the Ring system in my apartment, which is owned by my landlord. I'm trying to change the time delay for entry and exit in the app, but every time I make a change and tap "Save" it tells me "Save Failed." Is this becuase I'm a shared user, and only the primary owner can make those changes?
