No camera view on dashboard
Like many other members I have suddenly got no camera views or anything else on my Dashboard - literaly nothing at all on it - Zilch. I've been the owner of 4 cameras and the Home Standard Ring plan for more than 2 years and have a good WiFi setup. This failure of the Dashboard has happend in the last month and no, I had not made any changes to my settings up to that point. I've spent the month since then trying out all of the "remedies" I've read in the community - reset the cameras, remove and re-download the app, etc. Nothing has brought the Dashboard back to life. The Ring app is as useless as a car with no dashboard. Can anybody offer a fix for this defect, please, before I give up and go and buy a different product?

This is not working, I’ve the same issue and I’m working with no doorbell for over a month now. After multiple calls to customer service reps I’m still stuck
