What happens after the alarm alarms?
Hi there, I'm going to be going camping for the weekend in an area with no cell service. I'm wondering what happens if my Ring system alarm is triggered and no action is taken on my part. I've found in the community that is will probably alarm for 10 minutes, but then what? Does the system re-arm itself? Or does it just sit there and do nothing?

Hi @user_302b62. The siren will sound for 10 minutes before it is silenced, but the Ring Alarm itself will still be in an alarming status until it is disarmed either from the app or the Keypad. This means the system will not automatically re-arm itself, as it must be disarmed first. If you have Professional Monitoring enabled, the monitoring center will attempt to call all emergency contacts. If they can't reach any of the contacts, police dispatch will be requested. I'd recommend swapping to Self Monitoring while you're without cell service.
