Ring Keypad won’t connect to base station

Hi guys I had to reboot my base station and reset my z wave devices because my alarm base station was working right and was very delayed when opening and closing doors ...I rebooted everything and now only thing I can’t get connected again in my ring keypad it won’t connect to my base station any help? I tried the 5 n reset in the back and I tried holding the 1 button down it’ says error every time
