Recently moved and alarm base station is still tied to old address

I get an error that says this base station is tied to another account. How do I add it to my new address. Already updated my ring protect plan to my new address (they made me cancel my old plan and re-subscribe).

    Hey @MynameisDavidC. Have you ensured that you unregistered the Base Station on your other location first? You will need to toggle to the Location in your Ring app that has the Base Station on it and unregister it. You can do this by going into the Ring app \> Main Menu \> Tap on the location name above Dashboard \> Select your old location and go back into the main menu \> Devices \> Alarm Base Station \> Base Station \> Gear icon at the top right \> Advanced Options \> Unregister Base Station. Once this is done, you can set it up on the correct location.
