No cellular signal available
troubleshooting
When I setup my system I thought it was connecting to cellular as backup, but now it is not connecting. I have not moved the base from where it was originally. How do I get the cellular backup working? I am on a Protect Plus plan in Canada

Hi @user_ffafcb. Have you been able to connect your Ring Alarm base Station to your wifi network? The Base Station should be connected to your wifi network, with cellular backup only being used in the event of a temporary outage. Cellular backup is also dependent on cell tower coverage in your area, so there is no guarantee on the connection strength.
