Don't call the Police?
Can I subscribe for the Professional monitoring and have them just call me, or if I don't respond then call my Condo Association or a neighbor? My wife has first level dementia, and I am afraid we may get too many false alarms - which would cost us a fortune.

In the app under Settings, Monitoring you can set some options for Police & Fire response. One option is to only call them after confirming with you.
