Spare Parts - Always Out of Stock
It is very frustrating that Ring always seems to be out of stock for their Spare Parts Kits. Even though they keep pumping out the products themselves, so it seems highly unlikely that parts would be unavailable. Online I could find a few malicious websites that peddle in Ring Spare Parts for highly inflated prices, with a high probability that you will never see any spare parts (or your money) back again. Please Ring, I'm not the first one to raise this issue. You've already lost my subscription and any chance I'll buy a Ring product again if this is how you do business.

Hello ,I have been trying to get my ring doorbell back online since changing internet providers in July … your spare parts have been continually out of stock which is frustrating - we have not had security for a month due to supply continually being on back order … any help would be appreciated !

I contacted support as per your instruction. Their response was that parts weren't in stock due to "The global shortage of shipping containers". But shouldn't that mean that ALL Ring products should be low on stock?All the parts I need are proprietary, so going to my "local hardware store" won't solve the problem. You also say that the Out of Stock situation "should not remain this way for long." I've been looking almost daily for the past 2 months... But maybe that's not long enough...
