Ring notification when power is out or internet is down.

Question

When my battery operated Ring camera’s battery is low I get a notification, but if the power is out, or if the internet to one of my cameras is down, I don’t get a notification.  Why doesn’t the Ring app automatically notify me if a camera looses power or if its internet connection it is lost?
